The 2019 Scottish Thistle Awards took place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre last night where winners from five regional awards competed to find the very best in the Scottish Tourism industry.

European Tour– Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open – Best Sporting Event

The HITA team would like to congratulate all finalists and winners of the night, with a special mention to our Highlands and Islands 2018 winners, Macgregor’s and Cruise Loch Ness, for bringing their prestigious trophies back home to the Highlands.
Another special mention to our Board Member, in his accolade, Willie Cameron (also known as Mr Loch Ness), director of Loch Ness Marketing and founding director of the Cobbs Group, who was awarded with the prestigious Caledonian MacBrayne Silver Thistle Award.
